Your shortlist

Save a few people you're considering, then run them head-to-head to make the final call.

NOW IN EARLY ACCESS

Find talent your way,
not theirs.

Swipe if you're fast. Search if you want options. Or let a head-to-head tournament narrow it down for you. Ledora bends to how you actually decide.

01 — THE APPROACH

Three ways in. Pick what fits your brain.

Most platforms give you one giant list and call it a day. We give you the mode that actually matches how you make decisions.

MODE 01

Swipe

Quick, gut-feel matching. See a profile, decide in seconds, move on. Built for when you already know what you're looking for.

MODE 02

Search

Full control, full pool. Filter, compare, and browse at your own pace if you'd rather see everyone before deciding.

MODE 03

Tournament

Can't choose from a long list? We pair candidates head-to-head, round by round, until one comes out on top. Try it below.

02 — LIVE DEMO

Run a real tournament, right now.

This pulls from actual freelancers who've joined. Fewer than two right now? We seed in a few samples so you can still see how it feels.

THE VISION

Same talent pool.
Whatever way you think.

Ledora isn't a marketplace with extra steps. It's the idea that how you find someone matters as much as who you find — so the platform bends to you, not the other way around.

However you like to decide — swipe — it's still the same people.

Every other platform hands you one giant list and calls it done. We think that's laziness dressed up as simplicity.

THE PROBLEM WITH ONE SIZE FITS ALL

You don't decide the way your friend does. Why would a platform assume you do?

Some people know who they want the second they see a good portfolio. Some want to line up ten profiles and compare before typing a word. Some just want two options put in front of them so they can pick and move on. Most platforms force everyone through the same funnel anyway — we didn't want to build another one of those.

The old way

  • One giant list, scroll until you give up
  • Decision fatigue disguised as "choice"
  • New freelancers buried under review counts
  • One hire, one freelancer, one payment thread
  • Fees that don't move no matter how good you are

Ledora

  • Swipe, search, or run a tournament — your call
  • Tournaments cap at 50 rounds so they always resolve
  • OG status for the first 20 who join, permanently
  • Hire more than one freelancer under one payment
  • Good ratings actually lower your platform fee
WHAT WE DIDN'T COMPROMISE ON

Four ideas the whole thing is built around.

Adaptivity first

Three genuinely different browsing modes over the same pool of people. Not a filter — a different decision shape entirely.

Fairness compounds

A strong rating record lowers your platform fee over time. Reputation should pay you back, not just sit on your profile.

Early means something

The first 20 people to join get OG status that sticks. Being early should count for more than being big.

One project, many hands

Need a writer and an editor on the same brief? Hire both on one project, one payment, no extra hoops.

NOW IN EARLY ACCESS

We're building this in the open. Come find your way in early.

Early access means fewer profiles right now — and it means the OG program, the fee curve, and the tournament format are still being shaped by whoever shows up first.

GETTING STARTED

How Ledora actually works

A step-by-step look at both sides — hiring and freelancing.

IF YOU'RE HIRING
1

Post a project

Title, category, description, and a budget range. Optionally add reference images or a video walkthrough.

2

Pick how you want to browse

Swipe through profiles one at a time, search and compare a full grid, or run a head-to-head tournament to narrow down a shortlist.

3

Review proposals

Freelancers apply directly to your project with a price and a cover message. Accept, decline, or message them first.

4

Work together, then leave a review

Once the work is done, a written review updates their public rating — which is what actually lowers their platform fee over time.

IF YOU'RE FREELANCING
1

Set up your profile

Category, portfolio photos, an intro video link if you have one, tags so people can find you, and your pricing — hourly, a starting price, or both.

2

Get discovered three ways

Clients find you by swiping, searching, or through a tournament matchup — same profile, different context each time.

3

Apply to open projects

Browse posted projects and send a proposal with your price and approach. Track every proposal's status from your account page.

4

Build a rating that pays you back

Every review nudges your average up. Higher ratings unlock lower platform fees — Rising, Trusted, then Elite.
