Save a few people you're considering, then run them head-to-head to make the final call.
Swipe if you're fast. Search if you want options. Or let a head-to-head tournament narrow it down for you. Ledora bends to how you actually decide.
Most platforms give you one giant list and call it a day. We give you the mode that actually matches how you make decisions.
Quick, gut-feel matching. See a profile, decide in seconds, move on. Built for when you already know what you're looking for.
Full control, full pool. Filter, compare, and browse at your own pace if you'd rather see everyone before deciding.
Can't choose from a long list? We pair candidates head-to-head, round by round, until one comes out on top. Try it below.
This pulls from actual freelancers who've joined. Fewer than two right now? We seed in a few samples so you can still see how it feels.
Ledora isn't a marketplace with extra steps. It's the idea that how you find someone matters as much as who you find — so the platform bends to you, not the other way around.
Every other platform hands you one giant list and calls it done. We think that's laziness dressed up as simplicity.
Some people know who they want the second they see a good portfolio. Some want to line up ten profiles and compare before typing a word. Some just want two options put in front of them so they can pick and move on. Most platforms force everyone through the same funnel anyway — we didn't want to build another one of those.
Three genuinely different browsing modes over the same pool of people. Not a filter — a different decision shape entirely.
A strong rating record lowers your platform fee over time. Reputation should pay you back, not just sit on your profile.
The first 20 people to join get OG status that sticks. Being early should count for more than being big.
Need a writer and an editor on the same brief? Hire both on one project, one payment, no extra hoops.
Early access means fewer profiles right now — and it means the OG program, the fee curve, and the tournament format are still being shaped by whoever shows up first.
Everything about how matching, fees, and the early-access program actually work.

Everything sent to you and everything you've sent, in one place.
A step-by-step look at both sides — hiring and freelancing.
Title, category, description, and a budget range. Optionally add reference images or a video walkthrough.
Swipe through profiles one at a time, search and compare a full grid, or run a head-to-head tournament to narrow down a shortlist.
Freelancers apply directly to your project with a price and a cover message. Accept, decline, or message them first.
Once the work is done, a written review updates their public rating — which is what actually lowers their platform fee over time.
Category, portfolio photos, an intro video link if you have one, tags so people can find you, and your pricing — hourly, a starting price, or both.
Clients find you by swiping, searching, or through a tournament matchup — same profile, different context each time.
Browse posted projects and send a proposal with your price and approach. Track every proposal's status from your account page.
Every review nudges your average up. Higher ratings unlock lower platform fees — Rising, Trusted, then Elite.
Early access build — this is a plain-language placeholder, not final legal text. It'll be replaced by a properly drafted version before general launch.
Ledora is an early-access platform connecting clients and freelancers. Features, fees, and the OG program are still being shaped by early users — expect things to change as we go.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your login, don't impersonate someone else, and use a real email you can access.
Ledora does not currently process payments. Any money changing hands happens directly between the client and freelancer, outside the platform, until built-in payments ship.
You're responsible for your profile, portfolio images, project posts, and reviews. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, and don't post anything misleading, abusive, or illegal.
Reviews should reflect real experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or clearly posted in bad faith.
This is an early-access build. Things may break, change, or occasionally lose data while we're actively building. We'll do our best to avoid that, but we can't promise it won't happen.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continuing to use Ledora after a change means you accept the update.

Your email and password (handled by Supabase Auth — we never see your raw password). Whatever you choose to put in your profile: name, category, portfolio images, pricing, bio, tags. Messages, proposals, and reviews you send or receive. Basic technical data like what's needed to keep you signed in.
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to run the platform (currently: Supabase, our database and auth provider).
Your data lives in a Supabase-hosted database. Profile photos and portfolio images are stored as part of your profile record.
You can edit or delete your profile, portfolio, and posted projects at any time from your account. If you want your account fully removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember things like your shortlist — not for tracking or advertising.
